Nicoluxe Private Sourcing is a discreet, request-based service for clients seeking specific luxury pieces that require access, timing, and trusted relationships.

Each request is handled personally by Nicholas and may involve boutique sourcing, private collectors, or select international contacts. This service is designed for clients who know what they’re looking for — and value expertise over volume.

Private Sourcing is not a browsing service. Each request is intentional, limited in scope, and approached with care.

• Private delivery of results via email or WhatsApp

Timeline

Most requests are reviewed and worked on within 7–14 business days, depending on availability and market conditions.

Some pieces may take longer or may not be immediately available.

Pricing

Private Sourcing Retainer: $350

This retainer covers initial research, outreach, and sourcing efforts.

If an item is successfully secured, the retainer is credited toward the final purchase.

If an item is unable to be sourced, 50% of the retainer will be refunded upon completion of the sourcing period.

How Pricing Works

Each Private Sourcing request includes up to 14 days of active sourcing from the date the request is accepted.

Final pricing reflects the item cost plus a sourcing fee (approximately 10%), which covers authentication, logistics, coordination, and delivery.

All pricing is presented clearly before any purchase is finalized.

Additional sourcing beyond this period may be accommodated at Nicoluxe’s discretion and may require a new request.
