How It Works

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Purchase a Private Sourcing Request and provide details about the item you are seeking.

Step 2: Consultation & Review

A member of the Nicoluxe team will contact you within 24 hours to review your request, discuss preferences, and gather any additional information required.

Step 3: Sourcing Begins

Once your request is accepted, Nicholas and his team begin sourcing through Nicoluxe’s trusted network of boutiques, collectors, and international contacts.

Step 4: Options Presented

Available options are presented privately, including pricing, photos, condition details, and any relevant information needed to make an informed decision.

Step 5: Secure Your Item

If you choose to proceed, the $350 sourcing request fee is credited toward your purchase.

The remaining balance becomes due once the item is secured and ready to be purchased on your behalf.

Step 6: Payment & Delivery

Payment methods vary based on the item, supplier, and location. Available payment options will be discussed directly with you during the purchasing process.

Once payment is received, your item will be prepared for shipment or delivery.

Timeline

Most requests are reviewed and worked on within 7–14 business days, depending on availability and market conditions.

Some pieces may take longer or may not be immediately available.

Final pricing consists of:

• Sourcing Fee (beginning at 10%)
• Shipping, duties, or applicable taxes, if required
