About Nicoluxe

Nicoluxe is a luxury sourcing, personal shopping, and concierge service. We specialize in assisting clients with sourcing, securing, and facilitating the purchase of luxury fashion items and related services. Nicoluxe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand whose products may be sourced or referenced.

Nature of Services

Nicoluxe offers a combination of:

  • Personal shopping and sourcing services
  • Luxury consultations and styling services
  • Facilitation of purchases on behalf of clients
  • Limited direct product offerings where applicable
  • You acknowledge that Nicoluxe is not a traditional retail store, and that availability, timelines, pricing, and outcomes may vary due to the nature of luxury sourcing.

Consultations & Service Fees

  • Consultation fees, sourcing fees, and service fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered or sourcing has commenced.
  • Where expressly stated, certain consultation fees may be applied toward a completed purchase at Nicoluxe’s discretion.
  • Payment of a fee does not guarantee availability of any specific item.

Special Orders, Sourcing & Availability

  • Many items sourced by Nicoluxe are rare, limited, seasonal, or special-order.
  • Once sourcing has begun or an order is placed on your behalf, cancellations are not guaranteed and may not be possible.
  • All timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Nicoluxe reserves the right to decline requests or cancel sourcing efforts at its discretion.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Prices may vary from boutique, market, or online pricing due to availability, sourcing complexity, currency fluctuations, or service considerations.
  • Full payment may be required before an order is accepted or sourcing is completed.
  • Prices do not include taxes, duties, customs fees, or shipping unless explicitly stated.

Shipping, Customs & Risk of Loss

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Once an item is transferred to a carrier, risk of loss passes to the client.
  • Nicoluxe is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, or events outside our control.
  • Clients are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returns & Refunds

  • All sales of sourced, special-order, limited, or rare items are final sale, unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Returns or exchanges, if offered, are governed solely by Nicoluxe’s Refund Policy.
  • Refunds will not be issued for delays, changes in availability, or buyer’s remorse.

Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe products and services. However:

  • Colors, materials, and appearance may vary due to photography, lighting, and device displays.
  • Nicoluxe does not guarantee that products will meet subjective expectations.
  • All descriptions are subject to change without notice.
