At Nicoluxe, we provide luxury personal shopping, sourcing, and styling services with a focus on rare, limited, and often pre-secured items. Please review the following policy carefully prior to placing an order.

All Sales Final

All sales are considered final. Due to the nature of luxury goods, special orders, and items sourced or secured on a client’s behalf, Nicoluxe does not generally accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Case-by-Case Consideration

In rare circumstances, returns or refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at Nicoluxe’s sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed and will depend on the specific circumstances of the order. Any approved exception must be confirmed in writing by Nicoluxe.

Services, Consultation & Sourcing Fees

All consultation fees, sourcing fees, styling fees, deposits, and service-related charges are non-refundable, regardless of outcome. These fees compensate for time, expertise, access, research, and coordination.

Brand or Boutique Cancellations

In the event that a brand or boutique cancels an order after payment has been made, Nicoluxe will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

  •  Refund eligibility, if applicable, will depend on the circumstances and any costs already incurred.
  • Nicoluxe is not responsible for brand-controlled cancellations, allocations, or inventory changes.

Deposits & Priority Holds

Deposits and payments made to secure priority, exclusivity, or holds are non-refundable. Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Delivery Timelines & Delays

All delivery timelines are estimates only. Nicoluxe is not responsible for delays caused by brands, boutiques, customs, couriers, or other third parties. Delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

Authenticity Guarantee

All items sourced through Nicoluxe are 100% guaranteed authentic. If an item is proven to be inauthentic, Nicoluxe will issue a full refund for the item upon verification.

  • Any authenticity concerns must be raised in writing within 48 hours of delivery
  • Supporting documentation may be required
  • tems must remain unused and in original condition

Inspection Upon Delivery

Clients are responsible for inspecting items immediately upon receipt.

  •  Any damage, discrepancies, or issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  •  Claims submitted outside this window may not be honored

Chargebacks & Disputes

By proceeding with payment, clients agree to contact Nicoluxe directly to resolve any concerns. Initiating a chargeback after agreeing to these terms may result in account termination and refusal of future service.

Acceptance of Policy

Placing an order, submitting payment, or engaging Nicoluxe’s services constitutes acceptance of this Return & Refund Policy. This policy applies regardless of purchase method, including website bookings, invoices, Instagram, WhatsApp, or email.
